Your Personal Data – what is it?
Personal Data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information in the Data Controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession. Who are we?
The Julian Harris Network is the Data Controller (“we”, “us”). This means they decide how your Personal Data is processed and for what purposes.
How do we process your Personal Data?

We use your Personal Data solely for the purpose of confirming the source of the funds being made available as a gifted deposit. We will retain the data as long as we have a legal or regulatory obligation to do so and will not use it for any marketing purposes.

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the person(s) to whom you are making the gift.
Sharing your Personal Data
Your Personal and Personal Sensitive Data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be shared only with Julian Harris Networks and providers of financial service products, third-party data storage providers and legal or regulatory authorities if obliged to do so.
Your rights and your Personal Data
Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
